Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia being booed at Anloga for dirty Politics.

In Ghana's Volta Region, the residents of Anlo celebrate the Hogbetsotso Festival. The festivities begin in November at Anloga, the ceremonial and traditional capital of the Anlo state. Festival is a day that reveals Ewe history and brings to life the memories of the heroic deeds of brave men who freed the Ewe-Dogbo people from the oppressive control of the tyrannical King of Kings Torgbui Agorkorli of Nortsie in Togo. The Anlo ancestry is thought to have made a significant migration from Nortsie. ORIGIN The name "HOGBETSOTSO" is derived from the word "HOGBE" or "HOHOGBE," the exodus day, the day when the Ewes in the Dogbo neighborhood of the walled city left.
